Met on site with Chambers Construction and Egge Sand and Gravel representatives at 8:30am, 11 :30am, and 3:30pm
to observe exposed subgrade soils in the following pad footing excavations: A at 2(11 1/2'), A at 5(7'), A at 7(8'), A at
8(8'), A at 9(8'), B at 9(8'). Ali excavations were performed using a 200LC excavator with a toothed bucket. Exposed
subgrade soUsat the base of the footings appeared to be native well graded gravels. All footing excavations were clean
and relatively free of loose soil. The number in parenthesis above is the depth of the excavation measured from finished
rock grade elevation. All excavations were .filled with imported controlled density fill (CDF) from Knife River with a mix
1.0. number of 24COL3WOHO. To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with the building
department approved design drawings, specifications and applicable workmanship provisions of the International
Building Code. Aiso observed continuous footing excavations along gridline 9 from A to J: Depths measured were 9' at

Footing excavations were performed along gridline J from 1 to 9. Depth to native gravels were measured as follows: J
at 8(9'), 1 at H.5(11 '), 1 at G.5(11 1/2'), 1 at F.5(8'), 1 at E.5(T), 1 at D.5(13'), 1 at C.5(1 0 1/2'), 1 at B.5(8'), 1 at A.5(8
1/2'),9 at B.5(7 1/2'), and 1 at A.5(8'). All measurements are from finished rock grade. All excavations were performed
'using a 200LC excavator with a toothed bucket. All footing excavations were clean and relatively free of loose soil. All
excavations were filled with imported controlled density fill (CDF) from Knife River with a mix I.D. number 01
24COL3WOHO. To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with the building department
approved design drawings, specifications and applicable workmanship provisions of the International Building Code.
