RESOLUTION
No. 97-12
Acceptance
WHEREAS, work on the improvements described below has been fully
completed and has been duly inspected by the City Engineer of the City
of Springfield:
Centennial Boulevard Asphaltic Overlay, from 5th to 28th Streets,
Project 1-970, and Marcola Road Overlay, from 19th Street to
Hayden Bridge, Project 1-971,
and,
WHEREAS, said work was found to be in conformance with the terms
of the contract now on file in the City Recorder's office, and,
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the City Engineer that these
improvement projects be accepted for such maintenance as is required
to keep the City of Springfield in proper condition.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Springfield does hereby accept for future maintenance the above-
described projects and accepts said improvements from the contractor
involved.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Springfield, Oregon,
the 17th day of March 1997 .
Adopted by a vote of 5
