CITY OF SPRINGFIELD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 97-54
Acceptance
WHEREAS, the City of Springfield's Finance Director is responsible for the investment
policy and guidelines, subject to review and adoption by the City Council and,
WHEREAS, the City's Investment Policy was last adopted in November of 1988, and
WHEREAS, the proposed Investment Policy was submitted and approved by the Oregon
Short-Term Fund Board.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Springfield does hereby accept and approve the submitted City of Springfield's Investment and
Portfolio Policy.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Springfield, Oregon, on the 1 s t day of
