CITY OF SPRINGFIELD
RESOLUTION NO.
97-10
A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING A1'1D APPROPRIATING PROCEEDS IN THE
GENERAL FUND, THE MUSEUM FUND AND THE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS FUND, AND
THE ADJUSTMENT OF BEGINNING CASH IN THE GO BOND CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND.
WHEREAS, the 1996-97 fiscal year appropriations for the City of Springfield were made by
Resolution No. 96-25 dated Ju~e 17, 1996; and '
WHEREAS, the estimated expenditures contained in the supplemental budget for fiscal year
1996-97 result in an amount of estimated total expenditures by the City for the fiscal year that differs
by more than 10 percent of any individual fund; arid
WHEREAS, notice of such meeting including information regarding such revenues and
'e}::penditures was published in a newspaper of general circulation not less than 14 days prior to the
. public hearing; and '
WHEREAS, proceeds froni the General Fund, the Museum Fund and the Development
Projects Fund need to be recognized and appropriated; and
WHEREAS, the beginning cash balance in the GO Bond Capital Projects Fund needs to be
adjusted,. '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by, the Comrrion Council of the City, of
Springfield as follows:
