Hi again: Draft annexation staff notes set #2 (57th St Prop LLC) for your review. Issue of note:
We are recommending a 10-foot strip of S 57th Street adjacent be included in the annexation to ensure that all of S 57th
. Street, which is already an improved City street, is in the City. This will also eliminate the creation of an "islanded area" of
the 10-foot section.
Let us, know what works, what doesn't, etc.
