Subject: Upcoming Annexation Hearings
Hey Jim, with Ron Galceran's upcoming DIM and the McCown annexation request in hand, I'd like to schedule some public
hearing placeholders on the Council agenda. To make the required notification timelines, the earliest available meeting probably
would be April 7 - provided Ron submits all the revised application materials soon after the DIM. Getting the applications to the
March 17 meeting would require public notification before the DIM is held on Feb. 28th (which would be problematic if there are
missing materials or other delays in obtaining a complete application). Let me know what you think, and I can request 2 15-minute
slots on April 7th - or a later date if we need some time to organize the annexation process with PT and MB. Thanks
