Thanks for the comments and suggestions, I have.revised the Notice of Incomplete Application to cite specific
checklist requirements in the City's new Annexation Application form. The SDC citations are included on the
checklist, and it should be easier for the applicant to "follow along" with the list of outstanding items. Please
review and let me know if you have any comments. I need to get this out the door before the end of the week to
meet our 30-day completeness deadline. Thanks
