RESOLUTION
No. 96-50
Acceptance
WHEREAS, work on the improvement described below has ibeen fully
completed and has been duly inspected by the City Engineeriof'the City
of Springfield:
"A" Street at 65th Street, (Project 1-818)
and,
WHEREAS, said work was found to be in conformance wiDh the terms
of the contract now on file in the City Recorder's office, , and,
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the City Engineer that this
improvement project be accepted for such maintenance as is: required to

keep the City of Springfield in proper condition. I
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council 'of the City
of Springfield does hereby accept for future maintenance tpe above-
described project and accepts said improvement from the co~tractor
involved.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Springf~eld, Oregon,
the 6th day of December , 1996 .
