N.o. 96-39
Acceptance,
WHEREAS, work on the ,improvement described below has been fully
completed and has been duly inspected by the CitY.Engineer of the City
of Springfield:
1995/96 Street Sealing Project, (Project 1-994)
and,
WHEREAS, said wbrk was' found to be in conformance with the 'terms
of the, contract now on file in the City Recorder's office, and,
WHEREAS, it is th~'recommendation of the City Engineer that th:j.s
improvement project be accepted for such maintenance as is required.to
keep the City of Springfield in proper conditi?n.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED1=hat the Common Council of the City
'of Springfield does hereby accept for future maintenance the above-
, I,
described project and accepts said improvement from the contractor
involved.
