RESOLUTION
No.
98-49
Acceptance
WHEREAS, work on the improvement described below has been
completed by a private developer in the City of Springfield as
follows:
CEDAR GARDENS, 10TH AND S STREETS, SANITARY AND STORM
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS (Project 3-040)
and,
WHEREAS, work on this improvement project has been fully
completed and inspected by the City Engineer of the City of
Spring~ield and found to be in conformance with the requirements of
the City of Springfield, and,
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the City Engineer that this
improvement be accepted from the private developer involved and
permanently included in the improvement maintenance program of the
City of Springfield,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Springfield does hereby accept for future maintenance the above
described project and accepts said improvement from the contractor
involved.
Adopted by the Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Springfield, Oregon, this 17th day of August , 1998
