RESOLUTION NO. 98-44
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING AND RE-APPROPRIA TING FUNDS IN THE GENERAL FUND;
THE INSURANCE FUND; AND THE TRANSIENT ROOM TAX FUND,
I
WHEREAS, the 1997-98 fiscal year appropriations for the City of Springfield were made by
Resolution No, 97-37 dated June 30, 1997; and '
WHEREAS, funds need to be transferred,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Springfield as
follows:
Section 1. The following amounts, appropriated in Resolution No, 97-37, dated June 30, 1997,
are transferred and re-appropriated in General Fund, the Insurance Fund, and the Transient Room Tax
Fund.
