CITY OF SPRINGFIELD
RESOLUTION NO. 98-40
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING RESOURCES FROM THE OPERATING
CONTINGENCY AND RE-APPROPRIATING THESE RESOURCES WITHIN THE
GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, the 1997-98 fiscal year appropriations for the City of Springfield were made by
Resolution No. 97-37 dated June 30, 1997; and
WHEREAS, funds need to be transferred,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Springfield as
follows:
Section 1. The following amounts, appropriated in Resolution No. 97-37, dated June 30, 1997, are
transferred and re-appropriated in the General Fund.
