A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING AND APPROPRIATING INSURANCE PROCEEDS IN THE
INSURANCE FUND; AND TRANSFERRING AND RE-APPROPRIA TING FUNDS IN THE GENERAL
FUND, THE STREET FUND, THE MUSEUM FUND, THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT FUND, THE SEWER OPERATIONS FUND, THE METROPOLITAN WASTEWATER FUND, AND
THE VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT FUND.
WHEREAS, insurance proceeds in the Insurance Fund need to be recognized and appropriated, and
WHEREAS, funds need to be transferred,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Springfield as follows:
Section 1. The recognition and appropriation of insurance proceeds in the Insurance Fund as follows:
