RESOLUTION
No. 98-26
Acceptance. '
WHEREAS, work on the improvements described below has been fully
completed and has been duly inspected by the City Engineer of the City
of Springfield:
Gateway Street, Harlow Road to Beltline, Project 1-981; 10th
Street, B Street.to Centennial Boulevard, Project 1-982; and,
Olympic Street, Mohawk Boulevard to 28th Street, Project 1-983
and,
WHEREAS, said work was found to be in conformance with the terms
of the contract now on file in the City Recorder's office, and,
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the City Engineer that these
improvement projects be accepted for such maintenance as is required
4It to keep the City of Springfield in proper condition.
NOW. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Springfield does hereby accept for future maintenance the above-
described projects and accepts said improvements from the contractor
involved.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Springfield, Oregon,
the 18th day of May , 1993
