RESOLUTION NO. 98-16
A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING AND APPROPRIATING PROCEEDS IN THE
GENERAL FUND, THE STREET FUND, THE SPECIAL REVENUE FUND, THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND, AND THE METROPOLITAN WASTEWATER FUND.
WHEREAS, the 1997/98 fiscal year appropriations for the City of Springfield were made by
Resolution No. 97-37 dated June 30, 1997; and
WHEREAS, the estimated expenditures contained in the supplemental budget for fiscal year
1997/98 result in an amount of estimated total expenditures by the City for the fiscal year that does not
differ by more than 10 percent of any individual fund; and
WHEREAS, notice of such meeting including information regarding such revenues and
expenditures was published in a newspaper of general circulation not less than 7 days prior to the public
hearing; and
WHEREAS, proceeds from the General Fund, the Street Fund, the Special Revenue Fund, the
Community Development Block Grant Fund and the Metropolitan Wastewater Fund need to be recognized
and appropriated; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Springfield as
follows:

Section 1. The recognition and appropriation of proceeds in the General Fund, the Street Fund, the
Special Revenue fund, the Community Development Block Grant Fund and the Metropolitan Wastewater
Fund as follows:
