APPLICABLE CRITERIA: The following criteria shall be applied by the City Council in approving or denying a Metro Plan amendment application (SDC 7.070(3)): a) The amendment must be consistent with the relevant statewide planning goals adopted by the Land Conservation and Development Commission; and b) Adoption of the amendment must not make the Metro Plan internally inconsistent. The following criteria shall be applied by the Planning Commission / City Council in approving or denying a Zone Change application (SOC 12.030): (a) consistency with applicable Metro Plan policies and the Metro Plan diagram; (b) Consistency with applicable Refinement Plans, Pian District maps, Conceptual Development Plans and functional plans; and (c) The I',vl'~,;! is presently provided with adequate public facilities, services and transportation networks to support the use, or these facilities, services and transportation networks are planned to be provided concurrently with the development of the property.
