As per your request, I visited the Spring Villa Dry Cleaners this morning.
Mr Molthan was cordial and did discuss the use DNAPL chemicals at this site,
According to Mr Molthan, he is currently sending all dry cleaning out to
another dry cleaner in west Eugene, The only thin being done at the
Springfield site is regular laundry and steam pressing, No chemicals other
than laundry detergent (Tide) and bleach are in use at this location, I saw
no evidence otherwise,
Mr, Molthan advised me that he wili be retiring within the next month (by
February 15, 2002), Another dry cleaner fron Eugene will be taking over
this location for use as a "drop shop" only, I told him to have the new
occupant contact you and complete the DWP application process, I also wrote
a note to this effect to be given the new occupant. I hope this process
goes without a hitch, Nancy
