MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF
THE SPRINGFIELD CITY COUNCIL HELD
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 13,1995
The Springfield City Council met in a Special Meeting in the Library Meeting Room of
Springfield City Hall, 225 Fifth Street, on Monday, November, 13, 1995, at 7:09 p.m. with
Council President Stu Burge presiding.
Present from the City Council were Council President Stu Burge and Councilors Ballew, Beyer,
Maine, and Shaver. Mayor Morrisette and Councilor Dahlquist were absent (excused.) Also
present were City Manager Mike Kelly, Assistant City Manager Gino Grimaldi, City Attorney
Joe Leahy, City Recorder Eileen Stein, Development Services Director Susan Daluddung,
Property Management Specialist De Little and members of staff.
BUSINESS FROM THE CITY MANAGER
1. Booth Kelly Lease Approval

IT WAS MOVED BY COUNCILOR SHAVER, WITH A SECOND BY COUNCILOR
MAINE TO A WARD THE LEASE WITH AMERICAN BOWLING FOR SPACE AT
BOOTH-KELLY CENTER. THE MOTION PASSED BY A VOTE OF 5 FOR AND 0
AGAINST. COUNCILOR DAHLQUIST WAS ABSENT (EXCUSED).
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 7: 11 p.m.
