THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO DIVIDE INTO 2 PARCELS, THE LAND
DESCRIBED IN STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED RECORDED DECEUBER 5, 2007,
RECEPTION NO. 2007-080654, LANE COUNTY OREGON DEED RECORDS.
THE SOUTH LINE OF THE A.M. POWERS DONATION LAND CLAIM NO. 69 AS
SHOWN IN LAND PARTITION PLAT NO. 96-P0837 WAS HELD AS BASIS OF
BEARING. THE EXTERIOR BOUNDARY OF PARCELS 1 AND 2 WERE SURVEYED
AND MONUMENTED BY USING THE DEED ~ENTIONED ABOVE. DEEDS TO THE
PROPERTIES NORTH AND SOUTH OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY SHOW NO
DESCRIPTION GAPS OR OVERLAPS. THE INTERIOR MONUMENTS WERE SET
