BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN TWO CONTIGUOUS PROPERTIES UNDERCOMMOl\
OWNERSHIP. THE PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT RECEIVED PRELIMINARY I
PLANNING APPROVAL FROM THE CITY OF .SPRINGFIELD UNDER CASE NO. j
SUB2005-00024. THE BASIS OF BEARING IS DEFINED BY THE WEST BOUNDARY OF
BLOCK 2 OF WILDISH INDUSTRIAL TRACTS AS PLATTED AND RECORDED IN BOOK
56, PAGE II OF THE LANE COUNTY OREGON PLAT RECORDS. THE WEST !
BOUNDARY OF BLOCK 2 WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE POSITION 0:- THE
FOUND 5/8" IRON ROD REFERENCING THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT I, BLOCK
2 AND THE LINE ESTABLISHED BETWEEN THE LAST DESCRIBED MONUMENT AND
THE FOUND 5/8" IRON ROD MARKING THE POINT OF CURVATURE ON THE WEST
BOUNDARY OF LOT 5, BLOCK 2 PER C.S.F. NO. 36926. C.S.F. NO. 36926 WAS A
SURVEY PERFORMED BY THIS FIRM IN 2001 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTIES INVOLVED IN THIS CURRENT
PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT. IN C.S.F. NO. 36926 MONUMENTS USED TO DEFINE
THE BASIS OF BEARING USED HEREON WERE REST ABLlSHED FROM ORIGINAL
MONUMENTS WITHIN THE PLAT OF WILDISH INDUSTRIAL TRACTS. DATA OF
RECORD PER THE PLAT OF WILDISH INDUSTRIAL TRACTS, IN CONJUNCTlO!~ WITH
C.S.F. NO. 36926, WAS HELD TO DEFINE THE BOUNDARIES OF THE SUBJ8CT
PROPERTIES FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS SURVEY. WITH THE EXTERIOR
BOUNDARIES SO DEFINED THE COMMON BOUNDARY LINE WAS THEN ADJU:;TED
