On December 10,2007, the Eugene City Council adopted Ordinance No. 20400~amending
Chapter 9 of the Eugene Code in order to establish the procedures for the processing of requests
-for annexatio.ns, extra-territorial extensions an:d public service district withdrawals. .
The ordinance can be reviewed at 151 Floor Reception, Atrium Building, 99 West 10'h A venue,
between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

All decisions of the elected officials are final. Persons who participated either orally or in .

writing in the local government proceedings leading to adoption of the amendments may appeal
the decision to the Land Use Board of Appeals within21 days of the decision. Appeals [0 the
Oregon Land Use. Board of Appeals are governed by ORS 197.825 to 197.845. ..
