Dear Sarah,
The conditions of approval are or will be addressed as follows:
1) The Improvement Agreement for street lighting is completed.
2) The sidewalks and curbcuts have been installed. The driveway that serves Parcell
has been finished in concrete. The street trees are on order and will be in place in 2
weeks.
3)
The applicant has contacted SUB Water Division for coordinating the placement of
the water system as stated in letter from Bart McKee to Sarah Summer dated March
30,2007.

4) The applicant has contacted SUB Electric Division for coordinating the location of
power as stated in letter from Guenter Matyszak dated May 5, 2007. The 7.0' wide
and the 14.0' wide Public Utility Easements are dedicated and shown on the final
plat. The 18.0' wide private access, utility and drainage easement and maintenance
agreement is created and shown on the plat.
5) The No Parking Signage is posted for the access easement.
6) The 2 concrete parking spaces serving Parcel 1 are installed.
7) The curbcut that serves Parcel 2 is constructed and is entirely,on the applicant's
property.
8) The private access easement benefiting Parcel 2 is created and shown on the plat.
9) An adequate vision clearance triangle will be maintained at the corners of all site

This should satisfy all conditions of approval for this partition.
