It appears that the proposed development would contain a mix of single-family detached and single-family attached homes. Pursuant to Willamalane's current SDC policy, new single- family detached dwelling units would be subject to a system development charge (SDC) of $2,513 for park and recreation improvements. Each new single-family attached dwelling unit would be~ubject to a park and recreation SDC charge of $2,726. SDC's would be collected at the time of building permit' issuance, and will be based on the SDC policy in effect at that time.
