The information in the development issues packet indicates that the applicant wishes to create an ll-Iot
cluster subdivision. It appears that the proposed development would contain a mix of single-family
detached and single-family attached homes. Pursuant to Willamalane's current SDC policy, new single-
family detached dwelling units would be subject to a system development charge (SDC) of $2,513 for
park and recreation improvements. Each new single-family attached dwelling unit would be~ubject to a
park and recreation SDC charge of $2,726.
SDC's would be collected at the time of building permit' issuance, and will be based on the SDC policy in
effect at that time. Please refer the applicant to Willamalane's SDC fact sheet or to me, for further
.information.
