cris Tabor Griffin,

Thank you for taking the time to meet with Syb and myself on Tuesday and again tomorrow
at Cafe Yumm at 5:30. We look forward to the chance to finalize our discussi~n.
As per our meeting on Tuesday 19 August 'O~ held on the site of t~e proposed
Tabor-Griffin Cluster Subdivision at 2095 5th Street Springfield OR 97477 the following
was agreed upon:

Discussion occurred regarding two potential options for the fence. One option discussed :rf 01ASq~rep~()
was to place the two fences next to one another. On 8/20 Syb and Wendy EagleWolfe 'hcrf 1np neWV'Joa?(

of Syb and Wendy Eaglewolfe to retain their current chain link fencing they strongly 1/~/M1 C. an1/n1~ ~C(e~i~,

Cris Tabor-Griffin stated that she is exploring options for driveway lighting 01\ ~d,..- ()() 0 f
which would be below the level of the privacy fence. Syb and Wendy Eaglewolfe would ;;LLO 3 N. ~ Sf-r
be very supportive of such lighting as it would reduce the ambient light impinging -~~
upon the bedroom areas at. 2103 North 5th Street.

2)Regarding Street Lighting for the subdivision:
If low driveway lights are not an option, it had been discussed with Steve Hopkins,
Planner II on IS August 2008 that light.ing is indicated along lot 3 and past the
area of lot 8; but, that code does not require lighting between the east bounda~y
of lot.s 1'2 and lot 8. This would also minimize light impinging upon the bedrooms
of 2103 N. 5th Street. J
Syb and Wendy EagleWolfe do request that if any 12' Street lights are necessary

4)Regarding risk of flooding and solar protection issues Syb and wendy EagleWolfe
trust that these areas will be addressed as this process unfolds.
Syb and Wendy Eaglewolfe are very appreciative of the chance to resolve these issues
directly with Cris Tabor- Griffin. If all are in agreement with the above plan
we hope that we ca~ each sign to indicate our agreement Thursday night. syb and
Wendy EagleWolfe will bring copies of this email with the hope that this will occur.
