Just to recap our discussion today the chain link fence along the property line of 2103 North 5th Street was stated upon purchase of our property to be our fence. We ask that it. be allowed to remain and if possible we ask that the new privacy fence (hopefully eight feet tall) be carefully installed or set back enough farther back on the south side so that our fence not be impacted by installation of the new privacy fence. We request this because the chain link fence joins in with additional fencing on our property which we would like to remain intact as this development arises to our Sputh side. The chain link fence keeps our dogs in our yard and we do not want to jeopardize that. We hope that the privacy fence for all phases (one through three) will be put up before development 'begins to provide some'barrier between us and the construction process as it unfolds. We are still interested in additional landscape screening along the South side of the privacy fence as well to serve .as a sound barrier. We would like to know 'as much in advance as be (i..e. how close to the street it will be will be so that if necessary we can perform existing bushes and trees. possible exactly where the proposed fence will and where it will be aligned) and how tall it pruning prior to the fence installation of , Sincerely, Wendy and Syb EagleWolfe home 541-746-4192, work 541-335-2757 1
