I am herby requesting a one year extension of the partition plat submittal time
line, The reason for the extension is that my partner has had some personal issues that
prohibited him from completing all of the conditions.
The conditions from our side are almost in order; we are trying to arrange a
meeting with SUB for #'s 3 and 4, Our concrete man for #'s 2 and 6 is waiting for
weather to excavate and pour, When these items are complete, Kent Baker from Roberts
Surveying can complete the platting information to submit to the City.
