Structure is to be moved from 1071
Harlow Road to 467 Oakdale,
Springfield, Oregon. This move will
occur on Sunday, December 14,
2008 beginning at 7:30 a.m. and is
scheduled to be completed by 10:00
a.m. on that same date. The route
will begin at the curent site, travel
west on easement to Beverly Street,
North on Beverly, east on Harlow to
Pheasant, North on Pheasant to
Oakdale, east on Oakdale to site.
The structure is 64' in moving
'length,-36' in moving width, and
24'4'" total height on moving dolly.
This is a one section move. A
foundation permit has been
'reviewed and approved and will be
issued prior to issuance of this
moving permit (C8-1735). All
County and State, when applicable,
shall be provided, prior to issuauce
of this permit.
When notified ofthe proposed
structure move, the Springfield
Police Department shall determine
the departmental activity if any,
required for the structure move. If
extraordinary time and resources
are (or will be) required, the
extraordinary expenses shall include
but not be limited to, the expenses
incurred in connection with
providing traffic control, security
services, and personnel services.
The extraordinary personnel
materials and services charge shall
be the total of $84.00 pel' hour or
portion thereof per officer.
Following the structure move, the
Springlield Police Department shall
notify the contractor ofthe
extraordinary fee dne (when
applicable) following the move. The
use of all-extraordinary personnel,
materials and services shall be paid
to the Springfield Police Departmenl
by the applicant within 30 days
following the move.

Traffic: Contractor shall be
responsible for any and all damage
to public facilities as a result of the
structure moving operation.
Contractor shall monitor the
operation of all traffic signals durin~
and after moving through all
signalized intersections, If the
contractor damages a traffic signal
or interrupts the signal timing cycle
(flash or no cycle mode) the
contractor will immeiately contact
the City of Springfield Siognal
Eelctrican for emergency repair
work. Chris Schoap will be hiring
an electrican for any signal work
needed during the move. Dean
Bishop out so I spoke with Bob
Wilson and he approved the traffic
portion of the moving permit.
