SUBJECT:
Structure Move
Attached is an application and proposed route for a structure move scheduled for Suoday, Llecember 14,
2008. The move is scheduled to begin at 7:30 a.m. and is scheduled to be completed by 10:00_!,.m. on that
same date. This structure will be moved in on" section,. This .structure is being, moved fr01{107lHarlow ~':
Road to 467 Oakdale, Sprmgfield, Oregon. The route WIll begm at the current SIte, travel Nofth'on'Beverly,
east on Harlow to Pheasant, North on Pheasant to Oakdale, east on Oakdale to site. The structure is 64' in
moving length, 36' in moving width, and 24'4'" total height on moving dolly. This is a one section move. A
foundation permit has been reviewed and approved and will be issued prior to issuance ofthis moving
permit (C8-1735). All County and State permits, when applicable, shall be provided prior to issuance of
this permit.
