Here are the few comments I have for this 11/4/08 submission. You can bring in the Final Application packet
(including the inylars, signed documents, Planning fees, and a 2nd copy of all these) to me when you complete
these edits.
GENERAL COMMENTS:
. For the "Bargain and Sale Deed" .for the Public Road dedication please supply an "Exhibit A" as specified in
that document
o For the "Improvement Agreement" please.supply an "Exhibit A" as specified in that document
SHEET 1 :
o Please put a leader on the text "25.00' WIDE PRIVATE JOINT USE...... ..EASEMENTS CREATED PER
THIS PLAT" pointing over to the easement. There was one there before but it must have gotten misplaced
with the edit to that text.
