This area is a mix of uses, as follows:

5.21 acres are encompassed with 'retail uses, equal to 37.2% of the zoning district acreage.
Question 5: Both Conceptual Plans provide adequate vehicle and bike parking pursuant to SDC
4.6-125, Table 4.6-2. When considering a drive-thru business, keep in mind that the minimum
service lane width requirement is II feet and,minimum service lane length, in advance of the
building, is 7.0 feet. Site Plan Review will be required for this project.
