NATURE OF THE APPLICATION: Proposal to vacate a public railroad easement.
AUTHORIZED USES: Uses in the Campus Industrial district are regulated by Springfield Development Code (SDC)

APPLICABLE CRITERIA: The applicant shall demonstrate that the following criteria have been met in
order to approve a Vacation request: I) The Vacation is in'conformance with the Metro Plan including any
adopted Street Plans andlor Conceptual Plans; 2) There,are'no negative effectson access, traffic circulation,'
and emergency service protection; or any other public benefit derived from the easement, right of way or plat.
SUBJECT PROPERTY LOCATION: West of Nugget Way in Glenwood, Map 18-03-03-11, T L 3700, ;3800,3900,
4000, 4100, 4200 and Map 18-03-03-11 TL 1300.
DATE, TIME, PLACE AND LOCATION OF THE HEARING: City Council: Monday July 18, 2005, at the hour
of 7 :00 p,m, at 225 Fifth Street in Spri~gfield City Hall Council Chambers.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The application, all documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the
applicant and the application criteria are available for inspection at'City Hall at no cost and will be provided at a
reasonable cost. Seven days prior to the hearing a copy of the staff report will be similarly available,
