APPLICABLE CRITERIA: The applicant shall demonstratJ that the
following criteria have been met in order to approve a Vacation request: 1)
The Vacation is in conformance with the Metro Plan including any adopted
Street Plans and/or Conceptual Plans; 2) There are no negatlve'l effects on
access, traffic circulation, and emergency service protection; or any other
public benefit derived from the easement, right of way or plat. I

DATE, TIME, PLACE AND LOCATION OF THE HEARING: City Council:
Monday July 18, 2005, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at 225 Fift~, Street in
Springfield City Hall Council Chambers.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The application, all documents and evidence
submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and the application ~rlteriaare
available for inspection at City Hall at no cost and will be proyided at a
reasonable cost. Seven days prior to the hearing a copy of the staff report
will be similarly available.
