Re: DRC200B-00013, Minimum Development Standards Application
Attached is a Minimum Development Standards application and plan for 1863 Laura Street (at
the comer of Laura & Q Streets) to add an additional use to the site for U-Haul Truck Rentals. A
previous MDS for Heavy Truck sales and used car sales was reviewed in March, 2007. Conditions
of that review are still outstanding. The applicant proposes to keep the Heavy Truck sales and
used car sales on the site and add U-Haul Rental to the site (the U-Hauls are presently already on-
site.) Please provide comments by Friday, February 29, 2008.
