This proposed change of use appears to m'eet'fire code requirements at this time. The building
at 2750 Main Street is pre-existing with its location on the NW corner of Main and 28th Streets,
Water supply is nearby (SUB fire hydrant H-957). Access is okay.
An inspection of the occupancy was condu~ted by Deputy Fire Marshal Joe Wicks on
November 15, 2007 and two violations were found and abated on December 19, 2007. DFM
Wicks noted that no operational permits were required from the fire department at this time, ,
