A building permit and Minimum Development Standards Review application'were submitted for a 4,162 square foot addition to 553 Main Street, Springfield. ' Although the addition is less than 5,000 square feet, it is greater than 50% of the existing square footage listed at 4,000 square feet. This proposal required a Site Plan Review application to be submitted. A refund of the Mini!I)um Development Standards application fee will be processed upon a written request from' the property owner to withdraw the application.
