Springfieid Planning Division on June 22, 2007 for property located at on Assessor's Map 17033631 Tax Lot 11000 in Springfield. The application proposes to add a 4,162 square foot addition to the building to be used for 8 apartments and a lobby. An interpretation has been made to the section of the Springfield Development Code requiring a Site Plan Review for this proposal. A letter of explanation to allow this proposal to be reviewed by a Minimum Development Standards review from the Planning Supervisor will follow this request. Status of the Application: T~e application is incomplete and requires additional information for an . adequate review. The Springfield Development Code (SDC) requires that submittal requirements of SDC 3.050 be fully met prior to application acceptance for review. The Mixed Use Commercial standards will be applied to the proposal as appropriate. In order to review the proposal for the , Mixed Use Commercial Development Standards of Springfield Development Code, Article 40, additional information is needed, The items needed to make the application complete for review are as follows: 1. Exterior Elevations of all buildings and structures proposed for the development site, including exterior materials to be used. 2. Existing and Proposed Floor Plans. 3. Evidence of compliance with the Mixed Use Commercial General and Specific Development Standards (SDC Article 40). This would include Building Design Standards and Pedestrian Amenities requirements.
