A building permit and Minimum Development Standards Review application were submitted for a 4,162 square foot addition to 553 Main Street, Springfield: Although the addition is less than 5,000 square feet, it is greater than 50% of the existing square footage listed at 4,000 square feet. This proposal required a Site Plan Review application to be submitted. A refund of the Minimum Development Standards application fee will be processed upon a written request from the property o~ner to withdraw the application.
