Here is our boiler plate for trash e;nclosures:
Finding: Pursuant to Chapter 3.03A.A of the City's Engineering Design Standards and Procedures
Manual and Section 4.4 of Portland's Stonnwater Management Manual, solid waste storage areas shall
be covered and hydraulically isolated from potential stonnwater runoff, and directed to the sanitary
sewer system.
Condition: Prior to approval of the Final Site Plan, the applicant shall cover the solid waste storage
area. The applicant shall plumb the solid waste storage area drain to the sanitary sewer system.
