Below are Transportation comments for the subject application.
I) The southernmost parking stall along the storefront would not be usable due to a lack of back-up
space. It should be deleted from -the plan. That would leave 13 spaces by my count, six along
the street side and seven along the storefront. i:
2) The SIdewalk along 7th Street is heiwed by tree roots. This may be dealt ~ith when the new
driveway is built. You should check with Public Works Maintenance Division to confirm what
should be done. "
3) The un-labeled street tree symbol that is farthest east on South 'A' is not an existing tree, '
