Submit a complete "Site Assessment of Existing Conditions" plan stamped by a licensed Landscape Architect or Engineer. This plan should only include existing 2. Submit a complete "Land Division Tentative" plan showing only proposed information (and existing items that will remain after partition). "Site Assessment of Existing . Conditiions" plan and the "Land Division Tentative" plan need to be on separate sheets showing only information required for that plan. Additional comments not related to the completeness of the application: . Necessary County permits must be obtained for proposed partition. . Show roof drainage patterns roof drain pipe connections to public system . Obtain necessary County Sanitarian permits for proposed modifications to septic system. All existing and proposed changes'to septic and drain"fields (including required replacement drain fields) need to be clearly shown on plans.
