1. Submit a complete site assessment plan only showing existing information. This plan
shall be prepared by a licensed engineer or architect as specified. Please include
all existing utilities including existing storm and sanitary lines accurately shown.
2. Specified information is not summarized on the site assessment plan.
3. Submit a complete land division plan showing information required for application.
4. Specify the required 7' PUE's fronting along, both streets.
5. Clearly indicate existing and proposed utilities including storm and sanitary lines and
sizes of each line.
