submitted the Type II Site Plan Review application on October 4,2007 and attended
the Presubmittal meeting on October 12, 2007. The applicant requests a 90-day
extension to the 180-day period to submit the complete Site Plan Review application,

may exceed 90 days, If additional time is needed for this process, the applicant will
coordinate with City Staff, provide updated information and request an additional
timeline extension at that time,
