Attached is the Title Report for the Darimart property we had the pre-submittal meeting for last week (PRE2007-
00071). Please look it over and get back to me regarding whether the entire development area is under
ownership of Gibson or if part of the vacated ROW reverted to ODOT. Let me know if you need to see the site
plan at all while you're researching this. Thanks!
