I've checked in our "Green Books" and found a coupie deeds, though at least one is missing. I have reason to
doubt some of their "property Iines"-as they may be just easement lines.
They should have a surveyor/engineer doing their research and they should be able to prove out with
documentation what they are showing on their site plan. The title report will definitely be of help there.
If you would like me to attend the Pre-Submittal meeting for the Tentative, I would be happy to do so. In that
case, just ask Karen.to add me to the invitation list and send ,me a packet.
