Dear Joe & Buck:
Thank you for meeting with us yesterday regarding.the requirements of the Minimum
Development Standards review (DRC2007 -00021) for the Mil1er Group vehicle sales
business.' .
The timelines in the decision have expired and two new timelines were agreed to during
our meeting. A letter with attached pictures shal1 be submitted by Friday, July 13, 200}
regarding compliance with Conditions I through 3 of the Minimum Development
Standards decision. Secondly, evidence of a retainer from a Traffic Engineer or a
stamped letter of evaluation from a Traffic Engineer must be submitted by Friday, Augu'st
3,2007 to demonstrate intent to comply with Condition.ll of the decision.
Subsequent to meeting these two timelines a date wil1 be given for submittal of the Final
Plot Plan including the Traffic Engineer's findings and the installation of improvements.
Please be advised that if these timelines are not met we wil1 be put in the unfortun~te
position of having to request the revocation of the DMV Location Approval and advise
our Code Enforcement Division to begin the warning arid citation process.
