CASE#: 2007-128
NAME: Buck Wright
Representative of Alice Lynette Wright Trust
660 Level Lane
Springfield, OR 97477
LOCATION OF VIOLATION: 1863 Laura Street, Spfld, OR 97477
SPECIFIC VIOLATION: Section 5.15-105-5.15-125 of the Springfield Development Code. An
application for Minimum Development Standards was submitted and tentative approval was
granted on May 24,2007. The Nature of the Application was for "a change in use of the building
and lot from a tackle shop to heavy truck and used auto sales with Administrative offices for the
Miller Group". To date the applicants have failed to complete the required conditions of that
approval AND two new businesses have opened at this location without having any amendment
to the prior tentative approval. A U-Haul business and a hot tub business are also changes of
use and require review.
