The application proposes a change in use to vehicle sales and administrative offices of a trucking company,' ' Status of the Application: The appiication is incomplete and requires additional information for an adequate review. The Springfield Development Code (SDC) requires that submittal requirements of SDC3.050 be fully mel prior to application acceptance for review. . The items needed to make the application complete for review are as follows (per. the MDS application): 1 . The plot plan submitted with the application is not accurate. It seems that an old survey plan was used showing an area that has now been tax lotted into 5 different lots (Map and Tax lots 170327103901,3902,3900,3802 & 3801).' Please see lhe enclosed attachments. The area of the building is shown with measurem'ents of 217' X 100'. These measurements would mean the building on the lot is 21,700 square feet and would require 72 parking spaces. Please submit a plan with accurate lot and building . measurements and dimensions to scale, include the size (gross floor area) of the building. . _ . . 2. The location ot'proposed or existing femces, outdoor equipment, trash receptacles and signs. .... . . .' .'. 3;. Location, dimension and number of typical, compact'and disabled parking spaces' including access aisle required for disabled space, landscaped areas, wheel bumpers and vehicle sales area. . , . . 4. Access to streets, including' curb cut locations and dimensions. . 5. Location of street lighting.' . 6. Location and number of bicycle parking. This is not a decision on the application.
