The' status of the land use conditions for this plat are outlined below: ~ I. Condition: Prior to Final Plat approval, the applicant shall submit plans and obtain City approval for a new sanitary sewer lateral for serving Parcel 2. This condition has not been met. New Condition: It has been brought to Public Works attention that there has been a history of drainag'e issues with this existing property where the property very , slightly drains to the east (virtually flat) and where ponding has been occurring on Parcel 2: Also, there has been a history of under-floor drainage limitations. Public Works Engineering is requesting that applicant (a) disclose the existing under-floor drainage issue to future property owner(s) and (b) provide a blanket drainage easement on Parcel 2 for the benefit of Parcell. _11 7
