In response to your questions:
1) Yes, the electrical has been undergrounded to both parcels.
2) Each service line was placed within the individual parcel. No easements are necessary.
3) Y~s,all work has been done to SUB's satisfaction.

I'm getting ready to final the plat far Janice Jackson (SUB2008-00001). The addresses for Parcels 1 & 2 are 875
and 871 S. 43rd. Please confirm the following:
1. Has electrical service been extended underground ta bath parcels?
2. Is there a need far any easements ar have the service lines been placed within the boundaries of each
individual parcel?
3. Has all the wark been done to the satisfaction af SUB?
