I made a sit visit with the proposed partition map in hand. What I found and later substantiated with the old sewer
maps is that .there has been substantial fill and grading in this area.. I alsa found that the roadside ditch that is
shown on the plat map has been filled. This ditch may nat be available for roaf drainage as described on the
plat. I wauld expect some drainage issues in the area because the site is very flat as shown on the plat and na
longer has access to a developed drainage system.
I was unable to locate the wastewater MH shown on the plat to verify the individual lot. connections.
If these items are addressed I have no other concern.
